Synopsis and Plot Summary

Seizing a window of opportunity, a mother decides to pack up and settle down in new city with her son, thus starting a story filled with laughter and tears.

After becoming popular overnight because of a dating show for older people, Song Yangming (Liu Jia) and her son move to Beijing. They move into Fo Boheng's (Liang Guanhua) courtyard house and experience things that they've never experienced before. The two who started out on the wrong foot gradually come to like each other. Yangming reopens her homemaking company, but encounters difficulties along the way. She and her older brother Song Mingliang (Qin Yan) are in constant agreement while she and her friend Zhang Yulian appear friendly with each other, when they're not. Through her journey, Yangming begins to understand what true happiness means as she learns to appreciate love, family and friendship.
