Synopsis and Plot Summary
A criminal mastermind who runs an elaborate counterfeit operation crosses swords with another genius.
A man with codename Painter (Chow Yun-fat) is the leader of a criminal organization that has mastered the production of counterfeit money. With dealings all over the world, Painter and his group have attracted the unwanted attention of the police yet their identities remain a mystery. At the most critical moment, Li Wen (Aaron Kwok) is a sketch artist who discovers a clue that may be the key to cracking the case.
