Synopsis and Plot Summary
A story told from the perspective of the little people that follows a man who has left the city to return to the small-town village and struggles to make something of himself.
Zhang Lidong (Zhang Hao) who was working in the city was let go from his job. Upon returning home, he discovers that his wife has run away with Wu Bing (Lan Bo), a man drowning in debt. To pay off their debts, Wu Bing's wife Wang Chunhua (Xu Zihan) is forced to handover their restaurant to Zhang Lidong and to work as his waitress. However, running a restaurant begets problems of its own. Zhang Lidong relies on his sincerity and courage to overcome life's challenges.
