Synopsis and Plot Summary
A coming of age story that follows a firefighter who always wants to be first.
To prove to his classmates and teachers that there are things in this world worth more than a college education, Shen Xiao (Zheng Qi) signs up to join the army on a whim. He becomes a full-fledge firefighter but in reality, he is a troublemaker who always jumps at the chance to show off. Nonetheless, firefighting is a thankless job and after witnesses his comrades repeatedly putting their lives on the line even amidst certain death, he comes to realize what is truly important.
