Synopsis and Plot Summary
A battle of wits and will to bring down a crime syndicate that engages in large scale telecommunications fraud. It is the first in the country to explore such a theme.
Despite being an ordinary policeman, Ding Xiao Tian (Cheney Chen) captures a criminal involved in telecommunications fraud and ultimately becomes an asset to the team that specializes in such cases. The team has already sent special agent Xiao Tu (Jiang Meng Jie) to Thailand to collect evidence after infiltrating the syndicate led by Ah Hai (Joseph Chang) and Ah Fang (Gwei Lun-mei). Ding Xiao Tian ends up working together with her in a dangerous mission.
Fun Facts
- Filming took place in Thailand, Dalian and Hong Kong.
- As there were plenty of action sequences, many of the cast members were injured. Joseph Chang had a cut on his nose, Gui Lun Mei needed eight stitches on her hand and Jiang Chao injured his knees and spine.
