Synopsis and Plot Summary

A story that revolves around a law student who has to work part time to pay off her father's debts. She ends up becoming a tutor for the Jiang Family's youngest son and falls into a romance with the eldest son.

Li Xia Xi (Jia Qing) is a top student who's always number one in her class but she leads a difficult life as the breadwinner of the family. She finds a job with the wealthy Jiang Family as a tutor and gets into a relationship with Jiang Yi Bin (Zhang Xiao Long). However, her father Li Guo Liang ultimately causes the death of her mother which leaves her hurt, angry and grieving. She runs away from home and agrees to Yi Bin's wedding proposal while pretending that she is an orphan.
