Synopsis and Plot Summary

A cat and mouse chase between a constable and a street rat who join hands to solve cases.

Shen Shi Wu (Zhang Liang) is the number one constable in Bianan who is engrossed with science and its wonders. Liu Xing Yu (Bai Ke) is a a troublemaking delinquent. Their repeated encounters pave the way for a growing camaraderie as the two enter into several crime solving antics throughout the course of the story.

Fun Facts

Filming began October 2017 in Hengdian World Studios.
It is Chen Du Ling's first costume drama and her first time attempting two characters. During the day, she is the goddess Wang Shi Shi and in the evening she is the whirlwind strong girl Yue Er.
Even though it is set during the ancient times, the language and style are quite modern to fit the comedic appeal of the show.
