Synopsis and Plot Summary

A story that follows a married couple after their wedding. Dad joins up with his mother-in-law in a pitting of wits and will with his wife.

For as long as she can remember, Bai Canlan (Song Jia) has always wanted to become a dink (double incomes no kids). When she met divorcee Zhao Yangguang (Yuan Hong) and his son, it was like hitting the lottery.

To get the life she always wanted, Bai Canlan starts a family with Zhao Yangguang but things do not go as planned. Zhang Yangguang is intent on trying to change Bai Canlan's mind about having their own kids. He turns to his mother-in-law Fan Peipei (Li Ping) for help, but even the two of them are no match for Bai Canlan. Just when Zhao Yangguang is about to give up, he learns that Bai Canlan is pregnant. Thinking it to be a miracle, Zhao Yangguang is determined to protect the baby's rights to live inside mom's belly.
