Synopsis and Plot Summary

As the president of a leading cosmetics company that has hit a development bottleneck, Shen Zhize brings in senior manager Xu Nuo on a high salary to fix the problems. Xu Nuo's drastic reforms threaten the interest of some employees and VP Yu Manni secretly unites them to ostracize Xu Nuo.

Through her ability and hard work, Xu Nuo (Feeling Pan) eventually wins over the support of the employees thus reversing the unfavorable start to their work relationship. Similarly, Xu Nuo's relationship with Shen Zhize (David Wang) has evolved into that of mutual affection. Meanwhile, Xu Nuo accidentally discovers that the blind date her parents setup for her is actually her colleague Lin Fan (Shawn Wei). Lin Fan, a warm man, is in stark contrast to the cold Shen Zhize, making it hard for Xu Nuo to choose.

As several key projects achieve great success, Shen Zhize starts to have more and more appreciation and admiration for Xu Nuo's sunny personality and commitment to work, yet he still can't forget his girlfriend who already passed away. Yu Manni, who loves Shen Zhize deeply, also plots to accuse Xu Nuo of being a corporate spy forcing her to leave. Can they still turn the tide in the face of challenges?
