Synopsis and Plot Summary
Lu Zhilian is investigating a corruption case at a Jockey Club. It soon leads to multiple homicides thus forcing a cooperation between the police and the ICAC.
Conflicts are inevitable. Lu Zhilian's (Louis Koo) refusal to disclose matters and Liu Baoqiang's (Julian Cheung) sluggishness are just some of the hurdles they encounter. Whenever they make a breakthrough, the mysterious assassin Song Renxin (Vic Chou) destroys any chance to gather clues and makes it difficult for them to make any progress.
