Precious Youth

Precious Youth tells a story that spans from 1997 - 2015. Opposites attract when problem student Xiao Xiao Jun (Ryan Zheng) meets model student Liu Ting (Liu Shi Shi) and the two fall in love at first sight. However, they eventually part ways due to misgivings brought upon by the older generation.

Years later, Liu Ting becomes a divorcee after a failed marriage to her previous husband. On the other hand, Xiao Xiao Jun has become a successful bachelor who has no lack for women yet he cannot seem to forget his first love. A chance meeting reignites feelings of the past and he actively pursues Liu Ting once more.

• Filming began on July 4, 2015 and it is Liu Shi Shi's first attempt at the youth romance genre as she dons the school girl outfit to become Liu Ting, a student who is bookishly beautiful, gentle and kind. Ryan Zheng plays the delinquent male lead, owning the role of rebellious teen to a tee. The series premiered May 10, 2016 on Zhejiang TV and Dragon TV.
