Synopsis and Plot Summary
An experienced policeman partners up with a newbie in a crime suspense thriller. Ten years ago, four partners open a chemical factory in a countryside village. To skimp on expenses, they dump the toxic waste into a nearby river, causing lasting damages to the people around it. The four businessmen turn against each other such that two die while the remaining two go missing. An old policeman (Tony Leung Ka-Fai) and a newbie (Tong Da Wei) are sent to find the perpetrators behind the dead.
