Synopsis and Plot Summary

During a time when the country was war torn, the story revolves around a heart-wrenching love story between Qin Sang and the third young master of the Yi Family.

The Yi Family is a prominent family with power and clout. The head of the household is kind and his sons are filial. However, nothing can be further from the truth. Yi Lian Kai (Elvis Han) is the third son who is out of control while his older brother Yi Lian Shen (Zou Ting Wei) has troubles of his own. Yi Lian Kai falls in light at first sight with Qin Sang (Sun Yi) and forces her into marrying him. He continues his gallivanting ways even after marriage while his new wife bears the pain of heartache as she yearns for another man (Jeremy Tsui). Things are further complicated by a revenge plot and power struggles between the three brothers in a complicated era.
