Synopsis and Plot Summary
A monk (Wang Bao Qiang) lives in seclusion in spite of the war plaguing the country. One day, he descends from the mountains and gets caught in the crossfires between the Japanese, the Communists and the other factions within Jianghu. Yet his experiences also enable him to achieve a breakthrough in martial arts.
