Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the story of a legendary band of heroes during the Republican era who rise up for their countrymen.
It is a turbulent time in China as the country is in shambles due to the war. After his family was massacred, a young He Xiao vows to get to the bottom of the truth whilst he helps those in need. At the same time, a group of extraordinary people including deadly beauty Ding Qiao Min (Ma Su), martial arts expert Xu Meng Wei (Hong Tian Zhao), thieving partners Lu Shao Xin (Bao Wen Jing) and Lu Nan Tian (Law Kar-ying) and master of disguise Fan Hong Ling (We Da Xun) find a common ground with He Xiao and choose to band together under his leadership.
