Return of the Heiress

Shareholders of the Shen Corporation welcome Ding Jiahui. With Changqing absent from the meeting, Director Liu nominates Ding Jiahui for the position of CEO and the board agrees. However, Changqing arrives in time and reveals that the one who sabotaged the products was in fact Ding Jiahui.

Changqing holds a press conference to clear the issues on their products. When asked if Ding Jiahui was the mastermind, she does not divulge the information and states that it is confidential. Changqing enters Pan Weisen’s room and reads her mother’s diary to him, telling him how much her mother loved him and that all his misfortunes were consequences of his own actions.

Changqing goes to visit Jiahui in prison to let her know how worried Ding Yaqin and Yulong have been. Changqing tells Jiahui that she never wanted to fight. She herself isn’t a winner because it was never a competition, it is life. Changqing admits that Jiahui was always smarter and more capable but her greed blinded her and caused her to fail. Changqing also tells her that she brought someone —Zhao Yi. As Ding Jiahui looks at this man before her, she instantly regrets all that she has done. In the end, those who deserve punishment are brought to justice. Changqing wins the Business Youth Award and returns to her rightful place as the heiress of the Shen Corporation.
